Uw Fall Quarter 2023 – The Purple and Gold President’s Award was established to recognize students who are dedicated to their commitment to academic excellence. The Wisconsin Destination Scholarship is guaranteed* to incoming undergraduate students with a 2.75+ GPA or 19+ ACT/980+ SAT who are not residents of Wisconsin or Minnesota. Students will receive this scholarship automatically.
The scholarship is only available to Stevens Point campus students. Students majoring in Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing are not eligible.

Scholarships are awarded independently of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Incoming freshman scholarships are based on merit, not financial need. Priority for scholarships will be given to students who have submitted an application for admission and a new Student Merit Scholarship application (link below) by November 15.
