Usc Schedule Of Classes Spring 2023 – The Pac-12 Conference released its 2020 football schedule on Saturday, and there’s still one day to go: The Trojans will open their long-awaited season with a game on Nov. 7 with Arizona State at Los Angeles Memorial Hall.
USC will then hit the road to face Arizona and Utah in Weeks 2 and 3 respectively before returning home to face Colorado and Washington State in Weeks 4 and 5, respectively. The Trojans close out the regular season with a game against rival UCLA.
Usc Schedule Of Classes Spring 2023
The seven-game conference schedule — ending with a Week 7 showdown, Pac-12 Championship Game or not — will be one of the most historic in college football history. Here are some takeaways about how USC is moving for the first time.
We Don’t Have To Proclaim That Usc Football Is Back — The Trojans Did That For Us Last Year
The Trojans have been known to get off to a slow start over the past few years. Week 1 in 2016 was beaten 52-6 by Alabama. Week 1 in 2017 was a win over Western Michigan in a game that was tied in the fourth quarter. Week 1 in 2018 was a win over UNLV in which USC led by 5 after three quarters. Week 1 in 2019 was a 31-23 win over Fresno State in a much closer game than it should have been, with a tie with less than two minutes left before the Bulldogs threatened in the red zone.
If the Trojans come out of the gate rusty for the fifth year in a row, Arizona State could make them pay.
The Sun Devils are arguably the biggest threat to USC’s hopes in the Pac-12 South, and an offense led by sophomore quarterback Jayden Daniels — who threw 17 touchdowns and just two interceptions last year — could make USC the same.
Usc Rowing Announces 2022 23 Schedule
The Trojans and sophomore quarterback Kedon Slovis came out flying last year in Tempe, leading 28-7 after one quarter on the strength of Slovis’ 297 passing yards. They slowed down from there, never holding onto a 5-point lead as ASU outscored USC 19-3 over the final three quarters.
The game will be the first Saturday FOX Big Noon game of the week in Pac-12 history, so Trojan fans will have to wake up early to catch the season opener: Kickoff is set for 9 a.m.
Each team is scheduled for six predetermined games in the regular season, with the final matchup still to be determined (each team will play on the weekend of the tournament). In the first six, each Pac-12 school will play each team from its division (North or South), plus one player from the other. In other words, USC’s Pac-12 South rivals were lined up, but one North foe was up in the air.

USC ended up drawing Washington State, which is, to say the least, not good. Ideally, the Trojans will face a North rival that could give them a surprise victory to solidify their bowl or College Playoff case.
The Trojans weren’t expected to meet Oregon, as that matchup is a regular pick for the Pac-12 Championship Game, but USC could come to Washington or even northern California and get a real shot at solidifying their resume. A Washington State matchup — especially at the Coliseum — doesn’t offer much to USC, reducing its chances of attracting voters in bowl season.
The Cougars finished 6-7 overall last season, including 3-6 in the Pac-12. Unless Wazzu shocks college football fans early in the season, the Week 4 matchup on Dec. 5 would give USC its worst loss and a rare cake walk.

Well, technically, USC could end up playing a regular season game against a different opponent in Week 7, if they miss out on the Pac-12 Championship. But Week 6 is the latest USC might be scheduled to face UCLA, and that’s when the matchup will happen, bringing some familiarity to this shortened season.
When the Pac-12 put together its first conference schedule only in late July — before being forced to abandon ship and suspend the season — USC and UCLA were scheduled for a Week 1 matchup, and although it makes sense from a health standpoint. and from a security perspective, it doesn’t make sense. The Bruins have been USC’s regular season finale opponent every year in the 21st century except 2003 and 2009; now, the situation is likely to continue.
The longtime rivals squared off at the end of last year’s regular season, with USC returning the Victory Bell by 17 points.

Of course, the Trojans will look for similar results in 2020. But still, the arrangement will bring some normalcy to what will be a far from normal season.
