The class will begin with a warm-up, focusing on strength and postural alignment, followed by a series of core, thigh and glute exercises. This fun class improves cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength as cycling combines structured outdoor terrain through hills, sprints and other exercises. Skating varies in speed, resistance and body position for all levels of participants.
The setup is similar to a TRX with a yoga sling. Beginners will benefit from the deep stretching allowed by the yoga trapeze and the extra stability that extends up to 1 more pose while advanced students will increase the intensity of their exercise. Trapeze inversion therapy allows gravity to align your back much like an overturned table with the added benefit of traction focused directly on the spine and hip area. Trapeze Yoga combines traditional asanas with TRX movements for full body strength conditioning with the benefits of inversion therapy.
Usc’s 2023 Football Schedule Revealed
This exercise uses a system of straps suspended with handles, which allow the user to work against their body weight while training. This interval-based class will keep the heart rate elevated while interspersing cardio and strength intervals with exercises on TRX straps to increase strength, balance, flexibility, endurance , coordination and core stability. The class is limited to 16 participants.
Challenge mind and body with a moderately paced Vinyasa class that is dynamic and flowing. This yoga flow class is designed with postures to build strength, physical stability and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
Yin yoga is a slower paced style of yoga in which the asanas (poses) are held longer than other styles to allow for stretching and relaxation.

Yoga Sculpture Vinyasa Flow combines yoga, resistance training, and cardio. Hand weights add a new challenge with cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. Come experience the benefits of mind/body focus, boost your energy levels, and have fun! Hand weights are optional but recommended.
Latin and international music and dance combine for a dynamic and effective fitness class. No dance experience necessary – just keep moving! The routines combine fast and slow rhythms that strengthen, sculpt and inspire.
