Schedule Of Classes Fall 2023 – The Ithaca College Academic Calendar Committee and the Office of the Provost announced changes to the fall 2023 calendar in an Oct. 31 intercom post, but no changes to the spring 2024 calendar.
The first day of Fall 2023 classes will be August 23rd instead of August 21st. This change allows faculty to participate in retreats and tutorials five days a week before classes begin and to engage with students during orientation, transitions, and meetings. The first day of classes will be Wednesday, and classes will have a normal Wednesday schedule.

However, despite the start date change, the last day to add or drop a class for the fall semester is one day earlier, August 27, instead of August 28 as in Fall 2022.
Spring Classes 2023
The course schedule will take place on Monday, September 6, which is a Wednesday. This means that after the Labor Day holiday, Monday classes will be made up for that Wednesday instead of the regular Wednesday schedule.
Courses in Block I of autumn 2023 end on October 16 – after the autumn vacation on October 12 and 13. This change takes effect in the fall of 2022, when Block I classes end on October 9 before the fall break begins. Fall 2023 classes in block II begin on October 18. This change is from October 16th.
Final exams for fall 2023 will end at 10:00 p.m. December 15. This change is from December 13th. Final scores are at 5 p.m. December 21, which is a change from the fall 2022 deadline of December 20. We are excited to announce that our new course schedule for the 2023 school year has been released!

Here are the different steps for renewing student enrollment or enrolling in new classes for the 2023 academic year:
This year, we have an exclusive referral program for you! For the existing T.A.S. parent, refer a friend to enroll by the end of November 2022 and you will both receive a $15 referral discount off the semester fee.
If your friend enrolls before October 23, 2022, they will also receive an additional $10 off Semester 1 2023 fees.

Want to keep up to date with your new course schedule? You can register your interest in our new courses from 26 September 2022. Course places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis – priority given to current students who wish to transfer to a new course programme.
