Mit Spring Break 2023 – Bochum- On June 8, 2023, the second edition of Campus Spring Break will take place on the beautiful grounds of the Bochum Centennial Hall, presented again this year by 1LIVE. It is already clear that Sido, one of the biggest names in the German rap scene, is coming to the one-day festival specially designed for students and school children thanks to the low admission price. Other artists from the world of German hip-hop join him. In addition, a big name from the field of electronic music has already been confirmed with “The Holy Santa Barbara”.
Thursday is students’ little Saturday. With this motto, Campus Spring Break brings its artists to Bochum’s Thursday stage for the second year, which has already attracted thousands of people to the Centennial Hall in 2022. While the high beats and lines should get the crowd jumping on the two main stages, the third stage will again have the sound of all electro and techno fans.

In addition to Sido, who should be known to all music fans in Germany, Hayti (who appeared on the Casper album), Mehnersmoos and Bounty and Koko are the new generation of rappers who have confirmed their presence at the festival. The Frankfurt hip-hop duo Mehnersmoos, who supported KIZ on tour this year, work with great intelligence and irony. However, the two Berliners Bounty and Koko come to Bochum with hard lines on funkpop, trap or electropop beats. Haiti from Hamburg convinces with carefully produced trap beats and fuzzy and catchy sound, which he also convinces with vocally.

We believe that the gospel of Jesus is not something to keep to ourselves but to share with our friends with great humility and great love. More…

Every Tuesday night we host a weekly gathering called “Cruiseday”. Every Tuesday, the Crew Worship Team leads us in a time of song and praise, followed by a short talk from a student, crew member, professor or guest speaker, followed by a discussion. Most weeks you will find us meeting in the mezzanine on the 3rd floor of the Student Center. It’s a fairly informal environment and everyone (regardless of your religious beliefs) is always welcome to come any week.
