Undergraduate candidates are responsible for meeting the requirements of the college at Kennesaw State University in which they are officially enrolled.

Students are initially admitted to Kennesaw State University for the academic year in which they are admitted, provided the student takes at least one course during the academic year ending with enrollment recorded on the student’s academic transcript.

Students discontinuing their college enrollment for one year or longer (including three consecutive summer terms) must be admitted to Kennesaw State University. Students will be officially reassigned when readmitted. Students forfeit any prior eligibility and must meet all applicable graduation requirements at the time of readmission.

Students who change majors will be officially reassigned at the time of the change. They will lose their previous rights and must meet all graduation requirements that apply at the time of the major change.

Study abroad in Montepulciano, Italy, a beautiful, historic Tuscan hill town, in the summer of 2023 through the KSU in Tuscany program! From May 18 to June 22, 2023, I will be teaching two geography courses (GEOG 1101 Introduction to Human Geography and GEOG 3300 Urban Geography) at KSU’s renovated fortezza facility in Montepulciano during KSU’s Summer Session I 202 at Italy3. study abroad program in Montepulciano, Italy.

The program is taught in English and each class meets two days a week in the morning and afternoon for 2.5 hours. There will also be full-day field trips with your classes two days a week (including day trips to Orvieto, Pisa and Lucca, and Siena, a two-day field trip to Rome, and a two-day trip to Florence). Weekends (Friday to Sunday) are free for you to explore the area around Montepulciano or travel on your own.
