Ita Summer Circuit 2023 – With four national indoor team championships now complete, eyes will now turn to Connery, Nebraska as eight teams prepare to claim their place in history at the 2023 Women’s National Team Championships of Division II of the ITA.
Held at the Ernest Grundy Tennis Center, the games will continue from Friday, February 24 to Sunday, February 26, when the national team will be crowned indoor champions.

The ITA Division II Women’s National Team Indoor Championships is a national championship that welcomes eight teams from across the country to Kearney, Nebraska to battle it out on the national stage. Now in its fourth year, the event was won by Barry in 2020 and 2022, while UND claimed the title in the 2021 edition.

In addition to hosting Nebraska, Kearney, the teams advance to the year-end rankings for the ITA Division II Indoor Women’s National Team Championships from seven teams from the end of last season.
The 2023 ITA Division II Women’s National Team Indoor Championships will take place from February 24th to February 26th, with the championship match being played on Sunday, February 26th.
Hosted by the University of Nebraska at Kearney, the 2023 ITA Division Women’s National Indoor Team Championships will be held at the Ernest Grundy Tennis Center in Kearney, Nebraska.

Each day will consist of four games, with game times for each day scheduled at 8:00 am (CT), 11:00 am (CT), 2:30 pm (CT), and 5:30 pm (CT ) Ernest Grundy Tennis Center.
Coverage will be streamed daily via the Nebraska Kearney YouTube page with each individual court having its own stream.
The broadcast starts with the first match on Friday morning and continues through the championship match on Sunday.

The format of the 2023 ITA Division II Women’s National Indoor Team Championships will follow the traditional collegiate format, with teams playing in a seven-point format, with doubles accounting for one of seven possible points, and singles account for the remaining six points.
As a single-elimination tournament, teams will play one game per day, with the championship game taking place on Sunday, February 26 at 5:30 pm (CT). All teams are guaranteed to play three games per weekend either through the main draw or consolation.

Following the circuit, the top 5 men and top 5 women will receive automatic entry into the main draw of the ITA Tennis Point Summer National Championships hosted by Universal Tennis and a $500 travel allowance to use for the cost of participation.

Spanning 26 states over the weekend of June 18 to July 25, the 2022 ITA Summer Circuit is expected to be the most extensive to date and will provide opportunities to ‘ competitive games for players across the country.
The ITA Tennis-Point Summer Circuit powered by Universal Tennis is an open event which means anyone who is a current ITA member can compete without violating NCAA compliance rules. give
An ITA Player Membership can be purchased in May for $35 and qualifies the member to compete in all ITA Tour events between May 3, 2022 and April 30, 2023.

Tournament registration for select events will be available Monday, May 17. Registration for the remaining tournaments will begin soon. Registration is open each week until the Sunday before tournament play. Follow ITA on social media or visit the event page for more updates and information.
Each tournament will have a registration fee of $70. This fee covers registration for singles and doubles games (if applicable). Depending on court availability and safe play guidelines, some tournaments may offer doubles competition.
To increase the number of competitive matches in the circuit, selections in each tournament will be based on a UTR player. In addition, the draws will be limited to 32 players. If there are multiple flights in the tournament, a player’s UTR will be used to determine the flight location.

The ITA Summer Circuit provides a unique opportunity for junior collegiate and high level athletes to improve their skills during the summer months. The best players on the circuit will be recognized each week in the ITA Summer Circuit Points Race. At the end of the circuit, the top five men and top five women will receive automatic entry to the ITA Tennis-Points Summer National Championships from Universal Tennis, along with travel money to help cover the cost of -competition.
The 2022 ITA Tennis Point Summer National Championship by Universal Tennis is set for August 11-16 on the campus of Florida State University. The winners of the Summer Championships will receive automatic wild-card spots at the 2022 ITA All-American Men’s and Women’s Championships later in the year.

Among all teams, the SEC leads all conferences with four teams represented in the indoor championships, finishing just one behind the ACC which had three teams represented this year.
