This virtual training is taught in two parts over two separate mandatory weekends. Participants are required to attend each session and consultation. Between the two weekends, you will receive advice and support from instructors using EMDR on their clients. Given that face-to-face sessions with clients may be limited, the use of telehealth to deliver EMDR therapy will also be incorporated. Because you have field experience, you will be more comfortable and confident with EMDR interventions when we get together on Weekend 2.

The American Christian Counselor Association, Provider #1400, is accredited to offer continuing education in social work with the Association of Social Work Counselors (ASWB) Accredited Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are accredited as ACE providers.
